Hi all,

Would like to update few things regarding NS Narayana Moorthy, the Naturopathy Doctor from Narsipura, Anandapura, Shimoga (Shivamogga District), Karnataka who cures (controls) the diseases Cancer, Diabetics and kidney Issues with just natural medicines.

The previous posts would give you a small picture about what I am talking here.
In this post I would mostly write about Diabetics. Myself. Mani V from Chennai (Mobile: 09865 359 475)

Here I would like to give you some home remedies for Diabetics to keep your blood Sugar Level under control.

• Narayana Murthi sir's medicine would once cleanse our body toxins completely, that's for sure, but to keep it in control is in our hands.
• For say, even though we intake his medicine and doesn't control our tongue and goes on eating all oily food and no physical works means, you are prone to get sugar level more soon.
• So I would like to recommend few home remedies to follow to be healthy and be away from Diabetics.

Remedies:

1. Soak a teaspoon of Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) (வெந்தயம்) in one cup of normal water overnight and intake both water and seeds in morning, preferably in empty stomach after brushing your teeth. (Seeds can be chewed and swallowed)
2. Keep 6 to 10 tender mango leaves in a bowl of water and boil it, till you feel the mango leaves smell comes out of water. Keep it closed over night and drink the water alone in the morning, preferably in empty stomach after brushing your teeth.
3. Cut two normal size Ladies Fingers into small pieces and keep them in a bowl of normal water over night. Drink the water (will be sticky sticky) alone in empty stomach.
4. Kothavarangaai (Cluster Beans) can be eaten as snacks. Take them four to six and cut into small pieces, boil it in bowl with less water, add little salt and have it.
5. Ground Nuts (roasted) also can be considered as Snacks.
6. Chew 5 to 8 tulsi leaves daily in morning and evening after food.
7. Chew 2 to 4 grams of Cinnamon daily (which increases Insulin Segregation in body)      

               (Need not to do all of these daily, try to do any four alternatively)

1. Try avoiding too much sweets, Too much oily food, Too much food. (It doesn't mean that you should not take any sweets, oily foods and rice.) You can eat them, but in less quantity.
2. Isabgol: Take a spoon of Isabgol mix it with lukewarm water for few seconds and drink it. This can be done daily at night after dinner or If you feel you had something heavy food or If you had sweets.
3. Try drinking Green Tea daily. (Avoid Coffee and Tea - Rarely you can drink, but keep in mind that's rarely - Twice in a week)
4. Do physical work at least half an hour daily (must, must and must) - may walk, play or cycling and sweat out.

Trust me, November 2014, I had my sugar level as After Food 370 and in Fasting 270 approx. Now I am just following the home remedies which I mentioned here and my sugar level two weeks before is After Food 113 and in Fasting 93.

ESIC SSO Exam 2014

Social Security Officer Exam 

Employee State Insurance Organization's ESIC Social Security Officer (SSO) Exam notification came in January 2014 is yet to be declared the examination date even after a year. Applicants paid INR 275 as fees for the exam.

To get the update via Mails and Phone calls to the ESIC Headquaters results in vein.

So complained it in Public Grievances portal http://pgportal.gov.in/ to know the update and got the answer from ESIC Headquarters.

Question from me: I have applied for the examination against the notification of ESIC Social Security Officer Exam 2014. They have given the notification by February 2014. I have paid Rs.275 for this exam and applied online, but there is no update on the date of examination and I don't receive any response for the mails I m sending to ESIC mail id.

Answer from ESIC: It is informed that date of Social Security Officer written Exam has not been decided so far and it is under consideration. The date of written exam will be advertised in the leading newspaper and also upload in the ESIC website as and when it is decided.

Flop at Anandapura but excessively succeeded in Jog Falls trip..

Let me elaborate Anandapura Trip first..

N S Narayanamurthy and his brother were banned by Forest Officials, from giving away medicinal tree barks for diseases such as Diabetic, Cancer and Kidney Failure. They stopped giving tree barks to the patients from 12th of February, still hundreds of people waiting from then for the wonder to happen.
NS Narayanamurthy itself came out and confessed that he is unable to issue the medicines as forest officials keep an eye on him.

The reason behind it should be POLITICS as I hope. But forest officials claim that, NS Narayanamurthy takes tree barks from forest and issuing to patients, without any patent and proper permission. NS Narayanamurthy is confident of start giving away medicine soon, and asked the long waiting patients to leave now, call his home number 08183-258033 after fifteen days to know the update. Same answer from his brother too, who is giving away same kind of medicines separately. He can be contacted at 08183-258044.

What else I can do, :) last time I started to Jog Falls by evening, this time started in the morning itself from Anandapura. (around 50 km from here). Caught bus, went to Sagar, had breakfast and another bus to Jog Falls. Reached there around 10.30am. Falls is not upto the enjoying level, still I love it for the picturesque view.

Spent sometime in watching INDvsPAK cricket match in small hotel there inside the Jog Falls park. Then decided to go to the running stream of Jog Falls, where the water steaming :) to near Jog Falls. Walked around 4 km in round about of Jog Falls park, entered into forest and reached the Sharawathy River.

It's cool.. Nobody there, So obviously it's me and the running stream.. Won't get an option like that again in near future. So take off the cloths, blend with river.. Yes I did.. Happily spent time there till evening. Stream wasn't in much force.

My experience could be useful to you. Have a read at this..

When I have got my Blood Test Report for sugar level, I found it’s more than the average. I am not willing to go to MBBS or MS Doctors who can prescribe bundle of Tablets (Chemicals) to just keep my sugar level in control but not to cure.

Reminded of a Facebook post mentioned about a naturopathy man in Shimoga, gives away medicines from herbs to cure whatsoever diseases, I have googled the details and got much I need about N.S Narayana Murthy of Narsipura (A Small village in Shimoga District). Shimoga is in Karnataka and close to Western Ghats, I also reminded that I haven’t had a trip in the last few months, love to visit somewhere close to hills. I picked Shimoga could be the next place I visit.

When I decided to visit him at least once, again fell in research as how to reach there, what kind of medicines he is giving, what time and for many more questions. Found that, he is curing major diseases such as Kidney failures, All kind of Cancer and Diabetics only with the barks from unknown trees. Quite interesting for me, as I don’t want to have any chemicals, I have decided to give a try at least.

Narayana Murthy is giving this barks only twice in a week i.e. Thursday and Sunday. We may better choose Thursday to visit him, as the crowd would be less compared to the holiday Sunday. I had holiday on 15th January, 2015 (Thursday), so planned for that day, have booked train tickets accordingly.

(Reach Anandapuram by 06.30 next day)


Catch Autos queueing outside the Station and in 20 mins. you will be dropped in front of the Narayana Murthy house.




15th January 21.10 Bangalore Express 16228: Anandapuram to Bangalore

16th January 06.00 Shatabdi 12028: Bangalore to Chennai
(Reach Chennai by 11.00 same day)

Travelling in winter, need heavy heart to bear the chillness in Shimoga, even in Bangalore. Take cloths accordingly.

As per the plan I have reached Anandapuram, closest railway station to Narsipura. Anandapuram is two station after Shimoga and around 10 kilo meters from Narsipura. In train itself made three friends who also go for barks and coming from Tamilnadu. Get out of the train as much fast as you can, so that catch the first auto to reach Narsipura and stand in queue first among the people who come in same train.

It’s upto your luck, you may seen many peacocks (real peacocks :) simply crossing the roads or wandering roadside. When we reached the exact place in around 20 minutes at 7.15am, there are around two hundred people standing in the queue which is outside the compound of Narayana Murthy house. People come with me claimed that it is very small crowd today due to Pongal, Makara Sankranthi otherwise by this time the queue would be with at least 500 to 600 people. Also Heard that people use to reach here the previous day itself and slept there itself. A small shop is there closeby which sells all needy things, tea, coffee, polythene cover, cigarette, match box, breakfast, water, snacks and everything to eat.


Narayana Murthy starts giving barks only by 9am. Till then you have to be in the queue. When he starts giving medicine, around 100 to 120 people allowed to enter into the compound gate, people can stand in queue still but inside. The outside queue is vulnerable to break in and people use to break in, but the inside queue is very strict officer’s. No one can break in, not even shout. The first batch insiders got their barks by 11.30 and next set of people allowed in. That was my batch too. Narayana Murthy and one of his Sons giving away the barks to the patients. I found the banner inside says,

Before our turn comes to meet Narayana Murthy, we are asked to put INR 100 into the hundial kept in front of the entrance. Strictly one set of medicine for one man/woman. I have met Narayana Murthy showed my blood test report and he simply took some 10 small barks from the tray and put into my polythene cover. DONE. I came out of the hut and the pamphlet pushed in my hand by a guy (Who supposed to be one of the sons of Narayana Murthy). The Pamphlet says the directions to use the barks. If you wish you can buy Original Honey for INR 200 and Oil for Joint Pain, both they sell there itself.


For Diabetics, he gives only one dose of barks, whereas for cancer treatment, he gives barks which can be consumed in 27 days. Not sure about the days for Kidney treatment barks. For each disease he gives different barks from different trays.


Directions of Using: For Diabetics, the barks should be made into powder, mix it well with One Tender Coconut Water, filter it, drink it in empty stomach around 6am. After that for each hour one tender coconut water have to be consumed till 11 noon. No other food till that 11am. By this time, 3 to 4 times loose motion and / or vomit may happen. All toxins from the body going away. For lunch you are permitted to have rice with green gram rasam.

And that’s it, no more diet required. Your sugar level is fine (The pamphlet claims).


I have come out from Narayana Murthy house by 13.30 spent time by wandering closeby with guys I met there. Then came to know that JOG Falls is just 40kms away from the Anandapuram, me and two of my friends started by bus to JOG Falls. We started by 16.00 from Anandapuram, then got down at Sagar bus stand, from there caught direct bus to JOG Falls and reached Falls by 17.30. Not much water there in the falls, we simply spent half an hour there and caught the same bus to return. Reached back Anandapuram and caught our reserved Talguppa Train as per travel plan.
